UCAS form help in Education

Hi,

I am filling up UCAS online and on Education, it says state the highest level of qualification - my question is, since I studied abroad and just moved to the UK, should I write my degree from abroad or it's equivalent in the UK?

I have a BS Business Administration which translated by NARIC as Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) RQF Level 4.

So, which one should I write?
