Lol, sure you are. You type like a 15 year old, I doubt you are qualified to mark essays.

If you do, then no wonder essay grades are so inconsistent at some colleges/universities.

I think you need to look up the meaning of plagiarism.

0% mark for the assessment. They then have to do it again. If it's a first offence, that's as far as it goes. The incident goes on their academic record and transcript.

If it's a repeat offence, they could be suspended or even expelled.
