If you did, there's no way he's a virgin.

If you didn't it's possible he's picked up his technique from watching porn and reading stuff.
It's also possible he's lied to you. Especially if your instincts are telling you that he's lied.

When I knew I was about to have sex for the first time I watched a loooot of videos in YouTube of girls explaining what NOT to do/believe from porn. Said that, when I was doing it I just payed attention to her (when she was moaning, when she wasnt, etc.)
