Retainers
I took my braces off about 4 months ago and I had retainers, but now I went on a 3 week holiday AND FORGOT THEM , WILL ANYTHING HAPPEN?

Most likely not! It would take much longer than three weeks for your teeth to move out of place; stop worrying and enjoy the holiday. I’m envious of the holiday!

Nope I forgot to wear mine for four weeks. Your teeth will move but not noticeably it'll just be painful to put them back in when you get back. I struggled to wear them for a full night when I get back from my holidays and most of the time the holidays are just two weeks.
It should be fine. It'll hurt when you put them back in but they shouldn't have moved too much. I've worn retainers for 8 years so yeah
