Normally Econ&Management doesn't have as much maths in Econ by itself. I would say choose Econ&management as it will make Econ a bit more manageable in terms of getting to grips with the harder content. you could even try something like social policy or PPE or social sciences, they are highly regarded by employers and gives you the option to go in the private and public sector.
