I feel like everyone is fake
I feel like everyone around me is fake and is lying to me. I consider my bs detector to be pretty good, so I’m always noticing changes in people’s tones and stuff. Am I just paranoid?

Hard to say. If you think it is everyone then that would be paranoid and you arent as good at reading people as you think.
Most people arent lying to you because they dont care or have any interest in you.
