But these aren't standard methods of getting grades.

No they should be released much earlier. They were the original results day like wtf are they waiting for it won't take that long to get a grade

I'm sure the actual grades could easily be made available an entire month before then.

I don't understand what is taking so long. A lot of teachers will already know what grades they are giving to teachers. The ranking may take a bit longer. That just leaves the standardisation process which really shouldn't be taking that long.
