Is 20 too old to be called young adult??

I heard a lot of people telling me I’m not young adult anymore since I turned 20

You are a young Adult as you are now not 19 and no longer a teen

in my mind 20-24 is a young adult. I'd call anybody 13-19 a teenager, idc if 18+ is technically an adult

20+ is elderly, and old enough to die.

It depends on the context. In the context of books, young adult is 12-18, so you are long since out of it.

You're an adult - do you expect to be treated differently because you're at the younger end of it? Life doesn't work like that. There do seem to be a lot of people around who expect to get all the perks of being an adult from about age 13 but all the benefits of being a child until well into their 20s.
