Weight gaining

Hi , I’m 17 and I’m really skinny and I want to gain weight but I’m sick of people telling me to just “eat more” and stuff because it doesn’t help...so is there any weight gaining shakes or anything anyone can recommend to me to buy that aren’t too expensive?
hiii, some things that have helped me are; don't drink water before meals, this will fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. eat more often. drink milk. use bigger plates. add cream to your coffee. take creatine. get enough sleep. also i’d recommend nutrisport weight gain (1400g + shaker). hope this helped!

You may think you are skinny, but is your BMI in the healthy range?
Weight gain shakes are just expensive calories. Not magic
Are you trying to gain weight, muscle or alter your body shape? :confused:
Don’t buy weight gain powder. Just eat (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, tea, snack), make sure the foods filling and not just empty calories
