Hello,
I'd look at the career options that you can study in healthcare; is it nursing, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry or something else?
Then once you've found the one that you want to go into, I'd look at what universities require for you to be able to study one of these subjects, then work backwards and find out what the education requirements are.
Typically you will need to at least have GCSE's and A-Levels/BTEC.
