Does anyone know of any universities or something of that same level that have BA courses in theatre, playwriting, directing, acting, design and stuff like that
It would be best if they had good industry links

From what I know the very best places to go are the ones in London, they often have the best links with the theatre and music industry. The most competitive places include:
Guildhall School of Music and Drama
Royal Central School of Speech and Drama

Both of these institutions have great links with industry and provide rigorous courses. I'd also encourage you to look further a field if you're not interested in London. Have a think about Manchester.

The University of York has a course that is literally called Theatre: Writing, Directing and Performance! It's pretty good.
