CAMBRIDGE: Why a college offers you a membership? Do I receive just one college membership offer?
Does it means that I can only apply to this college fundings?

Only one college will offer you membership. The only reasons that you can change are if you are awarded funding elsewhere, or they cannot accommodate you for a disability etc.
