I use multiple pads at once is this normal ?
I have a very heavy flow and I need to use around 3-8 pads at one time meaning I literally stack them on top of each other. Overall I use around 55 pads per period. Is this normal?
I normally use two at a time try going to your doctors bc that’s a lot of blood to be losing if you know what I mean and you know your body best if it’s making you uncomfortable go to your doctors ASAP
try to use period pants from floweret i find them really good!! a menstrual cup is also really good
