let’s say you have been working out for around 4-5 months, your glutes have grown soo much then you decide to stop training your glutes both at home and at the gym. do you loose all the gains you achieved from the begging or just a little bit? and how long would that process take (no. of months)
Eventually u will lose everything but you can regain it back very quickly. Muscle loss begins around 3 weeks after no training.
