Enhanced DBS for med school?

Couple years back in Year 9 I screwed up big time. Sent some pretty obscene and disgustingly worded emails to a teacher from an anonymous email. Was expelled (rightfully) and got a telling off from the police, however I was not arrested or charged with any crime. Fast forward to today and I am gearing up to apply for medicine. Problem is that to enrol at a medical school an Enhanced DBS check is required where all police intel (including allegations, NFAs etc) can be disclosed at the discretion of the police force if they feel it is relevant to course. What are the odds that they disclose this and if they did would I be removed from the course?
In my opinion, which should not be taken as gospel, it's unlikely. The police would only disclose that kind of thing if they felt that doing so was proportionate and that the information was relevant.

On page 7 you can find the decision making framework regarding disclosures.

Due to the data protection act police forces normally will delete information pertaining to crimes/ alleged crimes after so many years. The incident you describe would almost certainly fall into the lowest category of allegation /crime - MoPI 3. After a clean period (not being implicated in further criminal activity) of 6 years generally speaking the records would be destroyed.

Just in case you wanted an official source.

Sorry you can't be given a certain answer. The DBS aim to process all applications within 60 days, so you should not be waiting too long.
