You may have "long covid" where your body's immune system is over-reacting.
I've had that symptom, it's less when I speak less, some days it's just mucosy.
Don't freak out, understand. Many people have various symptoms, this one is relatively mild.
The general advice is that it slowly decreases over time, but you may have to learn to live with it for several months.
