hi i was just wondering if anyone knew a good height reduction clinic as i've been suffering with learning to love myself because of how tall i am (5,10 and female) and it has taken a massive toll on my mental health ever since i was young. I have tried finding one online but cant come across any height reduction clinics so let me know if you know any legit ones.

Why are you on Anon when you've just bumped an old thread on height reduction surgery with your username?

Read that thread and see all the reasons NOT to have surgery, including the fact that there is nothing wrong with your height, but with your mindset. Seek counselling.

I didn't mean to go anonymous. I doubt that counselling will change my mindset i genuinely do think i'd have a better mindset after the surgery

I don't think height reduction is possible op
It's not something you or anyone else can help
I'm a 23yo, 5ft GUY and I get down about it at times
But it is what it is

Yes that costs £100,000 to be performed by a reputable British surgeon, is incredibly painful and only gives you a max of 6 inches. Cheaper and more painless and less time consuming to just accept your physical attributes for what they are.
