i'm in yr10 rn and i'll be doing work experience sometime in January. i was just wondering if i could get some advice on what do for work experience ie. do you have to work somewhere related to what you want to do in the future?

You don't have to but it's a good opportunity to try out any careers you might want to do. Don't worry too much as career ambitions tend to change drastically between now and the end of A levels
You could always do a virtual work experience via Spingpod
