Just ask the hku admission office if they have sent out the invitation. Again they say shortlisted applicants will receive an email invitation about 1 week prior to the interview.
So i guess the interview invitation not yet sent?

Does anyone know if hku could do online interviews? I know they said in-person only in the invite. That's what they said last year too but some people did it online with supp docs?
