UCAS HELP, There is no option to accept/decline my offers or a clearing tab..

Once I login into UCAS Hub, there is no option to accept new offers from my Uni like other students.. There is no longer an option to login into track also... There isn't even a clearing option.. (I called the university and they said my place is confirmed but I have to confirm it on the UCAS website also)

So I am unable to login into my UCAS Track account for some reason ..
I tried to login into UCAS TRACK via this link : https://hep1track.ucas.com/ and it says my login doesn't work and when I tried to get my UCAS ID from it, it says no email exists when I literally login into my UCAS hub with the same email..

The calls are currently really busy and I think it is easier to explain my problem here..

Hi there I've edited out the screenshot which appeared to have your name and your mention of your UCAS number in your post, due to privacy and security reasons.
