Logging into the home at halls app

I've probably just missed something huge but it's really bugging me. What login/email/password/ID do I use to login into the Home at Halls app? I have literally tried every email and password I use (including both Uni and personal) and none of them are working. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what I'm missing.

Had the same problem, just solved it. You should use the link instead - in the email sent for invitation their in a link given, probably says something like "or copy the link into your browser"
