So why did you choose to study japanese? The courses look so great and interesting

Cool! I chose Japanese because I've been into Japan since I was like 10 (had a huge attack on titan and babymetal phase), and I've always wanted to learn Japanese. I've tried on my own a few times but it was hard so I think if I do it at university I'll finally be able to do it  and I really like how there's loads of cultural stuff that you learn about as well. I like the idea of moving to Japan, sounds a but silly but I'd like to work in Disney land there as a Disney Princess, I'm pretty short and they have lower height requirements for their princesses there  but if I can't do that then I'd love to somehow get involved in the entertainment industry there, or I really like working with kids so I wouldn't mind being a teacher: that's my back up if I end up living in England

What about you and Korean? I had a kpop phase a couple of years ago so I learnt a little bit. The grammar with Japanese is actually really similar

Wow that sounds really interesting! Being a Disney princess would be great and super fun! Haha, I’m sort of the same I love reading manga too, one of my fav things to do aot is great! :h: I choose Korean Studies because I knew i wanted to go to university but I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do and in college we had a Korean learning club which I am apart of and I loved it so I decided if i want to go to university I want to do something I will actually enjoy and am super excited to take a year abroad! and Ofc I do love k-pop too haha so that always helped me to get into it!

Wow that’s great, congrats! :h: I applied for accommodation a few days ago and I had been researching a bit and i’m not really one to be into clubbing or anything so i put down for a quieter room but it’s going to be in Endcliffe/ Ranmoor but i didn’t get to exactly choose I think i’ll get allocated soon. I’m not really a clubber but I like going out for drink, shopping and socialising and stuff hehe just thought this would be better for me! What accom did you apply for? Also what kind of a levels did you do if you did them! Haha i’m so excited now meeting people doing similar courses!!
