Is it possible to go to university in Japan?

Hi Im a Japanese student taking the IB but with predicted of 41 PEARL should def let you in! But it also depends on the essay as well so i heard you also need to put a lot of effort in the essay. Keio is a rly gd university in Japan. Although with the excellent grades of 41 I dont know if you really wanna go to Japan tho...

Far easier would be to do a UK Economics degree with Study Abroad in Japan

I am currently taking IB, and think I will get a predicted grade of 41/45. (Econ HL:7, Chemistry SL:7, Math AA HL: 6, Bus mag Sl:6, Korean A sl lang lit:6, English B;6) Is it possible for me to be accepted to the Keio Pearl program with 41?
