Do four alevels affect Uni admissions?
If you get an AAAC for example, but a course requires an AAA will your admission be seen worth less than people with AAA or A*AB ect? Do the results of the fourth A level affect anything?
Unless it’s in a required subject, no, it’s not going to affect anything.
Very few courses consider 4 a-levels, and those that do generally just have it as an option.

It doesnt for the vast majority of universities and courses. I think Imperial make 4 A level offers in a couple of subjects. As universities only require 3 this makes taking 4 pointless something we regularly advise on here.
