Is it possible to graduate w a 2:1 with 2:2 in second year?

I got a high 2:2 (57.5 but obv this rounds up to a 58). is it possible to get a 2:1? from my understanding 2nd year is worth 40% and third year is worth 60. thank you!!

Using final grade = weight1*grade1 + weight2*grade2+...
60 = 0.4*57.5 + 0.6x
60 = 23 + 0.6x
37 = 0.6x
x = 61.66...7
You would need an average a little under 62% in your third year to get an overall 2:1.
