The application process is done online via their own website ( make a profile and then apply for the particular position you want to do). If you are successful with your online application you'll then be asked to do a online assessment which takes about a half hour or so. Then if you are successful with this you'll be offered a in-store interview with the manager and then you'll know if you have a job with boots.
Unfortunately the online assessment is computered generated and it's put luck with what questions you are asked. We are not allowed to disclose anything regarding interviews process for fairness to others who'll be applying as well.
In-store interview is a question and answer session then do some tasks on shop floor with manager watching and it's back to the office for some more questions. Make sure you have any questions as well to ask okay.
No you ain't expected to start immediately as this will be discussed with you if successful for a suitable starting date and time ( depending on what hour's you have picked during the application process). Remember not every store open at weekends so if you are wanting to do weekends only then make sure your local store works the whole weekend. You'll be given a date for starting usually a week or two after they phone you about being successful. You'll have on going training program to do.
