Hi! I’m a sophomore in high school and I remember my middle school days quite well. If he keeps breaking up with you and then asking you to come back, he’s emotionally immature and not ready for a relationship, which is pretty typical behavior for a 7th grader. Of course the decision is up to you, just think it through and remember it’s only Middle School, you have your whole life ahead of you.
