Result of Exam

Hi I recently completed an exam worth 25% of the module it was out of 100 marks although 20 questions. How many of these questions would I need to get right to obtain anything over 60% in the exam and secondly if I scored 67.5%, 40%, 40% and let’s just say as an example 70% in this “exam” would my overall for this module be a 2:1?

100 marks for 20 questions means 5 marks equivalent per question, therefore for 60% in the exam you would need to get 12 questions right.

In terms of the second part, I recommend this website: https://www.gradecalc.co.uk/uni/module - you can add in your scores and the weightings for all components/exams and it will give you the overall module percentage and grade. Hope this helps
