Second masters degree funding

Hi, I’m considering an MSc Occupational Health pre-registration course at the University of Liverpool. Would I be able to get a student finance loan even though I already had a postgraduate loan for my MSc Biomedical Science?

Would this be full time or part time course? Would it be Occupational therapy course you would be doing?
