Funding for second masters

i have a masters degree that i funded myself that is not from the UK. I now want to undertake a new masters in social work but due to the very high tuition fees will need funding from student finance. Does anyone know if I'm allowed?
If you hold a masters degree (no matter where it was studied or how it was funded) then you aren’t eligible for a postgraduate loan for a second masters degree.

Hi there, If you already have the Masters degree qualification we would not be able to provide you with funding. Thanks, Angela
