What this be considered stalking and would I get into

I liked a females photo on Instagram a few times

Then I said on a new Instagram leave a note feature 'gorgeous' although it's not aimed at anyone

Can they go to the police for that, If it's stalking or harrasment?

Firstly, please refrain from calling women 'females', it's dehumanising.
Secondly 'a few times' is pretty vague, think about why you're doing this- are you liking a picture of your mate because they've put up a new photo and you like it or are you spamming a stranger with attention even if you're not getting it back.

You shouldn't be worrying about what trouble you could be in and should be thinking about how your actions could be making someone feel uncomfortable. Whatever you've done and continue to do, just stop now because there are more than enough creeps on the internet.

Based on what you've posted, probably not.

However, if you are asking yourself is your behaviour considered stalking or harassment, it is maybe an indication you should take a step back and stop it.

I'm not physically harassing or stalking her

For liking and unliking a pic few times I'll stop it however would I get into trouble
