Where can I apply to with my potential predicted grades?

I am in year 12 at the moment and I go to a school which doesn't do AS. Our end of year exams will be used for our predicted grades. I am studying Maths (which I should get an A or A* predicted for), Computer Science (which I should get an A or A* for as well) and Physics (which I am likely to get a B or C in). I would like to study Computer Science in good (possibly Russel Group) university. It would be great if you could help me outline my options, if I get any combination of these possible predicted grades. I am not sure if I should take a gap year due to a C in physics or what uni I am capable of going / highly likely to go to if I apply, since I'm really unsure how unis would judge my predicted grades, as they aren't based off AS levels. You can select a subject, enter your likely grades and it will give you a long list of possible Unis.
Just make sure that you then check the full entry requirements on each Uni's own website!
