I also wondered whether being a '10' physically, ie a guy's ideal girl, has a list of 'requirements' (e.g. must have big boobs and butt), or whether it's just the overall package.

Everybody's answer to this will be different as different people have different attraction dealbreakers - there isn't a "one size fits all".

Personally for me, celebrity wise as you said, Catherine Zeta Jones (back in the day) would probably be the closest I can imagine. Others include:
- Anna de armas
- Nina Dobrev
- Rachel McAdams
- Blake Lively
- Jessica Chastain
- Sandra Bullock
... to name a few.
