Travelling to malia or menorca at 17

a group of my friends who are all 17 are planning to either go to Malia or Menorca in the summer- and probably staying in an airB&B. I've looked online to see if I need any documents of authorisation that my parents have signed to get into the countries but I'm not certain. Does anybody know anything about this?

As you are not 18 you are considered minors. Each country will have its own entry requirements:

https://www.gov.gr/en/sdg/travel-within-eu/travel-documents/general/travel-documents-for-minors

https://www.exteriores.gob.es/Consulados/washington/en/ServiciosConsulares/Paginas/Consular/Condiciones-de-entrada-en-Espana.aspx

You will also need to check your airlines terms and conditions of travel as it is likely you will need additional documentation.

Also bear in mind that accommodation may be hard to find that allows under 18s to stay without an adult. Passports are usually required on check in (even in airbnbs) as many locations in Europe charge a tourist tax.
