Will wetherspoons reject me if they think I will leave for uni in September?

I applied to a wetherspoons on the 22nd June and haven’t heard back yet, is it safe to assume I won’t be hearing from them? And if so is it because they think I could be leaving for uni?

It very much depends on how popular that particular Wetherspoons is, it may be that they are still processing applications however it has been quite a while but I'd still imagine that they'd send you an email with the outcome of your application but I am also unsure...
It also depends on which basis the application was created for, for example if it was advertised as a full time, permanent contact, then they may have skipped over your application granted that you are leaving for uni...
If you are waiting for a while with no reply at all, I'd take that as you not getting accepted and may be best to look someplace else.
I'd say wait for a little and see if they respond, but this may potentially be a reason.
