If my average is 2:2 should I redo second year?
I have completed two years of four year course weighted as follows:
Y1: 1/14
Y2: 3/14
Y3: 5/14
Y4: 5/14
In first year I achieved a low 2:1 (61.08%) and as I have completed second year I have averaged a mid 2:2 (56.9%)
Should I consider redoing my second year in order to attain a 1:1?

You generally wouldn't' have the option of redoing a year because you weren't happy with your grade.
The choice is not yours to make. if you have passed all your modules then the 'do over' route is not available.
