How to do well for Hazard Perception?

I'm fine with the actual multiple choice as I'm getting 48/50 but with Hazard perception sometimes I get 100% sometimes 0 so how do I improve?
I was told there is usually only one I need to press, sometimes there are 2 things but that's max, it's about how fast you react to the hazard. So I have to press on a developing hazard but do I press on other kinds of hazards too? I have no clue so how many videos will be in the test for hazard perception?

In hazard perception, you get 10 videos. One video will be double and the rest are single points. It won't tell you where the double point video is.
