Driving theory exam vs DVSA App Mock?

For those who have completed the driving theory exam recently, how similar is the actual exam to the DVSA app mock tests and hazard perception tests?

i'd say the questions are 90% the same but the questions that come up at the end of mock tests with the videos are different so i'd be wary of that, hazard perception wise the actual test is easier than the vids in the app the hazards are more obvious
