This can happen for a lot of different reasons. When I have had issues with student finance in the past, I found it really easy to contact them through the website I think it was and they responded really quickly, so I would suggest trying this.

Hi there, We can check on your entitlement query, please contact us direct. You can do this by signing into your student finance account and accessing our live chat service where an advisor will be able to assist further. The service is available between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or by calling 0300 100 0607. Thanks, Angela
