Audition for non speaking role?

Hey! my school is beginning their production of a Christmas Carol and I am interested in auditioning for the ghost of Christmas yet to come, who is a non speaking roll. What should I do in the audition? It’s meant to be quite ominous, hence the no speaking, but I cant just go in and stare at the directors.
