How is the financial cost of studying at cambridge, like other than the student loan how much extra does it cost to live and survive. Would you maybe need to get a summer job to cover the costs and etc
It will depend I guess on how much student finance you're entitled to – Cambridge is a fairly expensive southern city, so rents are fairly high (though slightly less so because you're accommodated by your college at slightly lower than market rates), but the actual cost of living (eating, drinking, enjoying) is pretty comparable to most other cities/unis.
