How do I decline an insurance place?

Hi, I've rejected my firm option and it's made my insurance option the firm but it doesn't have the accept/decline option like it did on my original firm. How do I decline it and go into clearing?

You can't decline a place which hasn't been confirmed. So you need to wait until your insurance choice confirms your place, then you can decline it.

Alternatively, you could call UCAS - I suspect they can make this change manually at their end.
