is this dual accreditation for EPQ?

i do psychology where we learn about a therapy called CBT, and my EPQ compares art therapy to TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioural therapy). in psychology we learn about CBT in the context of treating depression, not trauma, so the process does differ quite a bit, but it might technically still be a type of CBT... to start with the TF-CBT section wasnt meant to be that big but now it is the only therapy I am comparing art therapy to. is the dual accreditation really that strict for EPQ????
