Yes you can I am also doing a btec a lot of outside of London universities accept a lot more btecs but also inside of London aswell you just need to make sure that you check the grade requirements as it different for every uni and make sure it accepts your btec as they could accept other but not yours

The qualification is equivalent (in UCAS points) in size to 1.5 A levels so this will restrict your choice of Uni / courses. If you continue to Year 2 and complete the full Ext Diploma which is equivalent to 3 A levels, this would be more beneficial.
