Studying architecture abroad

I currently live in the UK but my parents may move to Switzerland in after I complete my a levels. If they do move, the don't want me to stay in UK and do my Uni, rather on Europe instead which I am totally fine with. Just wondering if anybody can tell me what country they think in Europe is the best to study architecture in.

It will depend where you want to practice.

As above, it will depend on where you want to practise once qualified. If the UK, you will need to register with the ARB and to do that your qualifications need to meet the ARB standards otherwise more exams will be required:

One of the top architecture schools is Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. What you need to consider is the language that your course will be taught in. That might cut down your choice of uni considerably.
Given it takes around 7 years to qualify as an architect that’s a very long time for your parents insisting on you living/studying nearby.

If you plan to practice architecture in the UK it would really be a LOT simpler to study in the UK

Luckily my parents are form Belgium so that language thing shouldn't be too hard. Might you impart to me what website you use to see the top Architecture universities internationally?

You could try the following website to start your research:

https://www.topuniversities.com/subject-rankings/2023

Don't forget that the right uni for you should be based on the course that appeals to you most and where you can see yourself living for 3/4 years. Rankings can suggest unis to have a look at but you need to research the course modules, the work student are producing, facilities available, staff specialisms, etc.
