AP Scores Problem UCAS

Hello! I am an American student that wants to apply to several well-regarded schools on UCAS. I know that I am required to report all AP scores, and I have 5's on all of them except for one (AP Physics) where I got a one (due to extenuating circumstances). How poorly is this looked upon if my intended course has nothing to do with physics or math?

Typically unis only consider the subjects that are in their standard AP offer. If it's an unrelated subject, you will be fine.
