Rejected at H&M group interview, can I apply again?

I had a group interview with H&M and I just got a rejection email.
Anyone had this and was able to apply again and successfully got the job?
I believe I was rejected on grounds of not being enough flexible- I’m also a past employee ( no issues there, always had an excellent feedback) but this is a different shop, different management..
