Student Finance Gift Year Question

Hi,

I used my gift year up by withdrawing in my first year from a course I realised I hated.

Now I'm entering a different 3 year course at a different uni.

This uni allows for a transfer to a different version of the same course for a year abroad or an industrial placement.

Would I still get full funding for the course if I transferred and added one of these extra years to my degree?
