It should be fine with those choices.

Psychology definitely would be useful for any nursing degree

Your main thing is that you get all your necessary qualifications required for your chosen universities if you are going to do something like nursing.

Make sure you're familiar with the entry requirements of universities you are interested in.

Psychology and Sociology will be definitely helpful when you submit your application.
