Why does it saying processing Application still?

Hey there, I'm retaking my 2nd year for University and I applied for student finance on the 7th September 2023 and submitted the evidence too, on my application update it says processing application still. I start on Monday and I'm kind of worried because the tuition fee amount needs to be paid by Monday right?
